Pro Engines is a full service engine machine shop specialising in performance engines and cylinder head modifications. We have operated from our present location since January 1998.
We can provide engines from a fully machined unassembled kit to a fully assembled performance engine ready to bolt in to your car. We have built our reputation on the quality of our work and the accuracy of our machining, along with the advice you need to achieve your performance goals.
While many shops shy away from late model "sports compact" engines, these are one of our specialties. We have set up our workshop with the machinery and other equipment to enable us to work on these engines accurately.
We build performance engines for enthusiasts and workshops Australia wide and can arrange shipping if necessary. We are also happy to work with owner supplied parts as we know many people like to import their own parts to save themselves part of the cost of their total rebuild.
If you tell us what you expect from your engine we can design a package to suit. We are constantly improving our designs and components as we find the limits of different engines.
We are also developing a range of our own components as we find necessary. these include our CNC machined oil pump drive collar for the Nissan RB series engines and our CNC machined RB30/RB26 Nissan Sump Adapters. We have customers regularly using these products from as far away as the United States and the UK.
We also have available our Subaru EJ20/22/25 CNC machined closed deck conversion, produced in association with Devilish Racing. This process adds significant strength to the cylinder block and vastly improves cylinder block to head sealing, cylinder bore stiffness and ring sealing. We can also provide assembled short or long engines to suit your needs.
